What a difference a year makes

Its a pleasure to wish my fellow Saints supporters a Happy Christmas and a prosperous New Year.

A pleasure because this time last year Saints were about to enter their darkest days since the Clubs founding in 1885, however as we prepare to celebrate 125 years as a football club in November 2010, we can look back on 2009 and see that after all the pain there are now hopefully good times ahead.

Of course there will be times when we as supporters dont think that things are going well, but overall the club is heading in the right direction and loong may it continue to do so.

On Boxing Day we will see a virtual full house for a league game for the first time in nearly two years and that will be good to see.

Hopefully those floating supporters will like what they see and continue to come back again and again in the new year.

Good times may be just around the corner, the supporters are a big part of that, lets hope that they can help the side make the play offs.

So Happy Xmas to you all out there.

Merry Christmas & Happy New Year to TUI.

Thanks for all your news & comments. Your pragmatic & impartial coverage is greatly appreciated. Second only to the Official Saints Site itself, TUI is the site I read the most. Keep up the good work!
