I do declare a vested interest as a Rams supporter & follower of Burton Albion, but there's no way Burton will prop up League 2 this year.
I don't think they have a massive gap to close between their previous & newly-won league places,
and they've signed some useful & experienced players.
Paul Pesch & Gary Rowett are set to make their mark, folks!

As I see it the first five league matches Dale have could well define the first half of the season. A point V Roth and max V "The Scum" @ Spotland...
A hand full against three weaker sides...
Not a bad start .
Predictions are only that though.

Thanks team for an honest and insightful journalistic expose of the league two teams. Good work. Probably right with top two (especially now Alfie has gone to Rotherham..did you know or did he go because you said they would be top?).
